Further to our earlier advertisement published on the above subject,

interested bidders and the general public are hereby informed as follows:

Original Closing Date: Monday, 18th August 2025 at 12:00 noon.
New Extended Closing Date: Friday, 26th September 2025 at 12:00
noon.
Other Conditions: All other information, eligibility criteria, terms, and
conditions contained in the original advertisement remain unchanged.
Vendors are advised to take note of the new deadline and ensure timely
submission of their Expression of Interest/Request for Proposal.

Thanks for the update on the deadline extension for the cultural reorientation project. Good catch on the extension—having the new deadline of September 26 instead of August 18 gives bidders some breathing room to polish their proposals, and it’s helpful that all other conditions stay the same.
