PRO/OMD/GEN/2025/035

  1. INTRODUCTION

The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) is a Development

Finance Institution established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to

democratize access to consumer credit for the nation's working population. It

aims to accelerate consumer credit access to 50% of economically active

Nigerians by 2030 by removing structural and market barriers and catalyzing

the industry with capital, guarantees, and policy.

“CREDICORP” invites applications along with fee quote from Vendor with

current experience of handling similar services.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Implementation of AI-Powered Knowledge Management,

Development of AI Agents, and Co-Pilot Integration Infrastructure

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The selected Vendor will provide the following services:

  • AI Strategy & Consulting

The selected Vendor will provide strategic advisory services to guide the

organization’s AI adoption journey. This includes developing a comprehensive

AI roadmap, onboarding key internal stakeholders through structured

engagement sessions, and producing a tailored AI Knowledge Transformation

Plan. The objective is to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with CREDICORP’s

strategic priorities, while fostering readiness across leadership, operations, and

technology teams.

  • Development of AI-Powered Knowledge Infrastructure and Intelligent

Agents

The Vendor will design, develop, and deploy a secure AI-enabled knowledge

infrastructure that consolidates and contextualizes internal information assets.

This includes ingestion and structuring of data from platforms such as

SharePoint, and other internal repositories. The infrastructure will be integrated with Microsoft Copilot and related AI interfaces, enabling intelligent, context

aware access to institutional knowledge.

In addition, the Vendor will develop and deploy five (5) custom AI agents,

each tailored to support specific internal workflows and user scenarios. These

agents will function as intelligent co-pilots — capable of retrieving relevant

information, assisting decision-making, and automating routine tasks. They will

be developed using advanced methodologies such as retrieval-augmented

generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt chaining, ensuring performance,

security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Capacity Building and AI Training

The Vendor will provide tailored capacity-building sessions to equip internal

teams with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage AI effectively.

Training will cover practical topics such as prompt engineering, Copilot usage,

and integration of AI tools into daily workstreams. Programs will be customized

to department-specific needs, with a focus on hands-on learning and real

world application.
